DESCRIPTION:Illinois Vaccinates Against COVID-19 or I-VAC is a statewide\, provider-focused program to support the expansion of COVID-19 vaccine administration into routine patient care workflows in primary care settings\, hospital urgent care centers and upon hospital discharge. I-VAC helps to ensure all Illinoisians have access to COVID-19 vaccines and providers are prepared to immunize all eligible age-groups and special at-risk populations. ECHO Chicago is hosting these bi-weekly one-hour learning collaborative sessions to focus on the practical issues of COVID-19 vaccine implementation for providers serving adult populations as well pregnant & lactating populations\, providing a forum for these providers to engage with their peers and subject matter experts to help solve the real-world challenges they encounter. \nRegistration is required.
